Stretch & Roll
It is already a trend in the United States, but not yet with us. With this hip but calm workout, we seek peace. We literally try to push our limits and increase our degrees of movement in all directions. With slow stretching and stretching we will make our muscle groups longer and improve our flexibility. We work with classical stretch methods, partner stretching and PNF methods. But Foam rollers are also used to loosen muscle groups.
We do these workouts in a calm, relaxed way. It is an ideal workout to leave all the stress behind and return to yourself.
A session lasts 20 or 30 minutes.
