The intention was to become fitter after a long time standing still. I needed a little push. Goals were discussed together. After four months of coaching and a professional approach, I have lost 8 kg and can walk 5 km.
The 'joy' of being fitter immediately makes me forget the 'pain' of the training sessions
Thanks to Ralph I ran my first marathon within 4 hours. Unlike other participants, I was perfectly prepared not only physically, but also mentally and nutritionally, so that I was able to give the traditional 'man with the hammer' a kick!
