Sports and exercise were already a big part of my life at a young age. At the age of 6 I started with karate. Martial arts have fascinated me ever since, so at the age of 17 I also started to practice Muay Thai. During my student years my interest in fitness and health also grew.
My choice to study Human Movement Sciences and physical education was therefore a logical continuation.
In 2019 I graduated from KU Leuven as a master in movement sciences and physical education, with a specialization in physical activity, fitness and health.
My mission now consists of providing qualitative guidance to individuals, recreationists and athletes in a scientifically based manner.
Physical activity is at the basis of better health and greater well-being.
